Two question areas:

1. The kits they show on Ebay include crankshaft and camshaft seals. Are those generallly a standard replacment maintenace item? Does anyone have some instructions for removal and replacment? Easy or hard?

2. Anyone have instructions or a how-to for replacing the water pump, timing belt and serpentine belt. I aussme you take out the radiator and go from there.

Search this topic on the LS forum, there is a great step-by-step with pics by a C.L. member. Might take some time to find (sorry, I can't look for it now), but it is fantastic. You will also find tips for fabricating or buying a pully tool also. I am living proof that a Toyota V8 belt and waterpump can be done it home with a bit of time and patience. I think the GX is identical in most respects to the LS 400 and LS 430 I have done.
