Have a 2004 GX470.. We have tried several FM modulators for our iPhone.. None work worth a darn.. Best Buy said they would install a Digital Audio Input for $125... I believe this option comes standard on the 2006 Model? Anyone have this installed aftermarket? Thoughts?

 

I put in a this Sony cassette adaptor. Sounds great. But disable the Dolby on the audio display screen and turn the iphone volume down and use the GX's amp for power.

Not as good as CD sound, but quite decent.


I researched these adaptors, and this Sony was the highest rated at 9 bucks.

 

I use this for my regular ipod...best $ spent

 

Not on 2006, but there is a plug on 2007 (which I believe is analog).

I am curious if the 2006 Nav system can use the bluetooth on my IPod Touch.
