I am trying to set up the 1 Touch Dialing on the 06 GX. My phone is Verizon - Moto Q.

I am able to transfer my contact to the phone book but in the phone book the entry is greyed out.

When I go to Info-Telephone for my phone book and hit One-Touch to set it up, I cannot touch on the number since it's greyed out.

Help - my understanding is that for dialing while driving to work I have to set up the 1 touch dialing thru the phone book so I can see the name in the entry.

I've been searching for the answer. Even tried transferring thru Outlook on the laptop but the devices never pair together.

 

What phones and carrier are you guys using to transfer contacts?

 

They practically answer on the first ring. I had good service with a like Issue.
