Thump when driving over bumps/dips
hey guys quick question:
I was rear ended 2 weeks ago and just got my car back. They had to replace my custom dual exhaust. now when i drive over bumps/dips at a relatively normal speed (20-25) i hear what appears like the back susupension bottoming out. i took it to the dealer and they said that the exhaust is hitting the control arm. the exhaust shop said they made room for clearance and it still does it. it doesnt happen when i go super slow over bumps but it didnt do it before the accident. any ideas? could it be the exhaust hitting something? i dont hear a metal sound though :/
