Default Steering Wheel Grind! Anyone experienced it?

My steering wheel is grinding when i turn the steering wheel to the left and right. It sounds as if there is some debris or crumbs or maybe bad bearings...has anyone experienced this before or knows what it maybe. Oh and this has nothing to do with axles/alignment or anything else outside the vehicles cabin.
Thanks in Advance

Never experienced it here. What year is your GX? Have you taken it to the dealer?

Is the sound when you are at the bumpstops? If it's that, it might be the bumpstops. Make sure your center diff is UNLOCKED if you have a lockable center diff. On the LX, the button is near one's knee, so one can unknowingly hit it. Not sure where the button is on the GX or if it has one. Couldn't find the diff lock button on the neighbors GX (had to "fix" it..dog knocked some things around in the front, car stalled and wouldn't move despite the transmission being in "D"...turns out the dog bumped the t-case **** into neutral ).

I too have noticed this periodically when everythign else is normal. It goes away after a while, or at least mine did. I think it was caused by me turning the wheel really hard to one of the locks. It lasted for just a few miles.

See if it goes away. If not, the dealer should be able to do somethign about it.
