GX TSB List
Hello,
There was a GX470 TSB List posted at the front of GX470 Model Forum. Search attempts failed to locate it. Can anyone direct me to the TSB List?
Thanks,
Rich

for what reason would u need the tsb's usually tsb's are used for commen problems with the vehicle...if ur not exp any. dont even worry because most chances ur vehicle is out of the vin range
It's called being an informed consumer. Just we had got used to being informed for free! Now you'll have to buy a subscription.
I can't tell you the number of times, I referenced and even printed the TSBs before taking a car in for service.
It VASTLY increases my odds have having the service department fix it right in one trip (not speaking specifically to Lexus, just in general).
I agree with being informed - I trusted my Lexus dealer to know about the TSBs, and ended up getting charged for a repair that says, right on the TSB, that it was covered under the vehicle warranty.
And after bringing this to the dealer's attention, they not only didn't refund my money, but refuse to return my phone calls, letters, and emails.
I believe they mischarged me on purpose. By all means, review the TSBs and be informed BEFORE going in for work. Knowing this up front might have kept me from becoming a very unsatisfied customer - love the car, hate the dealer treatment.
(I have recently sent a registered letter to them requesting they address this so I will have proof they received it, and then I will contact Lexus directly if they still refuse to respond).
