Talking 2007 Gx470 Navigation Voice Command

I bought my wife a 2007 GX470 with navigation During the December to remember sale. I cannot get the voice command to operate the Air condition when prompted. It doesn't make sense that the older generation models, 2006and older have that function and the newest models do not. Please let me know if anyone else has come across this problem.
Cheers,

Cheers,
Bugsyd, I have the same truck and looked at the list of commands in the bluetooth pamphlet and I did not see anything listed regarding A/C. Destination, POI, etc were all listed. Did you try hitting the voice command switch then tapping help on the navi screen? It will bring up a list of commands. I already had to use it a few times...

It's too cold outside right now otherwise I'd run out there and try it

Thanks for the tip AJ. As soon as my wife parks her GX I will certainly spend more time with it. By the way, are you pleased with your RSES?
I did not get that option with my GX and I'm contemplating an after market version to be installed by my Lexus dealer.
Happy holidays.

I could not be happier. It sounds great and the 7.1 surround is awesome! My understanding is that this year the screen is larger. The screen on ours is 9'' and there is no glare problem being on the ceiling. I also like the fact that the movies play on the navi screen when the parking brake is on. I can't tell you how many times we just sat in the car in the driveway while the little one snores away
