Default Current lease rates???

My lease is up end of July. Anyone recently leased GX within the last few months? And what kind of rates are out there for fully loaded (nav,ML,DVD,3rd row) 36 month, 12k miles/yr lease.
I just started looking around and the rates are quite high(similar to my current lease 765/month).Any info would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

I bought mine in 2005. Use edmunds/kbb/carsdirect or any of those sites to get a good listed price on a GX (well below MSRP these days). Then use Leasecompare.com and enter the selling price in it, they tend to show very good rates. My dealer was able to match the prices listed by Leasecompare after I used the discounted prices listed on the above sites. Saves quite a bundle.

Default I am paying $550 a month

Hello, I lease mine GX470 with everything except RSES at the last days of the May 2004. I was able to find a deal on GX from the lot (they had 3 color choice in this configuration) for $550 a month with taxes upfront. Actually at the time of the signing they changed it to $2500 of downpayment instead of taxes, but who cares! I must notice that before that when I checked several dealers they all gave me a deal close to $700 a month with taxes up-front.
Somewhere in the same 2004 friends of my co-worker got the same deal (with my reference). In August of 2004 another friend got the same car for almost the same money from different dealership. Just recently (October of 2005) another co-worker was able to find the same deal as well as my another friend again from the different dealership.
So, I assume that it is possible to get this deal almost anytime. You can see from the other messages that people are getting their cars for a little more ($500 - $1000) than invoice, so if you take this price and make a lease from it you would get a got payment. Of course it would probably bigger today because of greater rates - probably $50 more.

What was that - december to remember lease rates or something?

$1300 is all you paid up front - nothing down? That's a heck of a deal.
