Default Exhaust System

Anyone know if a TRD cat back exhaust system for a 4runner will fit a GX? Compared the Toyota parts numbers and the muffler is the same but the tail pipe is different? Would like to purchase this system but don't want something that will not match up properly. Concerned about the hanger placement etc.

I understand that if the the part numbers are the same the 4runner exhaust will fit the GX. However, as stated in my original posting the tail pipe number is different. The parts person is reasonably positive it will work...thinks the difference is the OEM resonator. Would still like to know if anyone has made this change before spending over $900 for something that may not fit..
