Whats the correct way to open the fuse box under the hood? There are plastic pop rivets holding down the cover.

Just use a small phillips screwdriver and push down on the center part of the rivet, you should be able to lift it out easily. Then to put it back in, push the center part back up and put the rivet back in the hole and push the center part back in to lock. Hope that helps.
