Help With The Wheels

I'm interested in upgrading my wheels from factory 17" to aftermarket 20" with either 295/45/20 or 285/50/20. 295's are same as the company's OEM dimensions but i'm worried if its gonna make the car look too low to the ground.
Some advice and opinion is needed.
