Fog Light Assembly Replacement Options...
Fog lights are cloudy, I could try to buff them out w/Plexus or the like, but I just don't think the results will last.
I've already replaced my headlight housing w/aftermarket.
Does anyone have a positive experience with an aftermarket fog light assembly/supplier? I've read some mixed reviews on-line about the various Chinese knock-offs that ranged from the assembly requiring modification to fit to water intrusion. OEM assemblies are pretty pricey IMO for what you get.

Nothing that looks like the stock units is going to blow your hair back with light output, OEM or aftermarket.
There's lots of high powered, SAE approved fog lights available these days, but fitting them nicely into the strange shape Lexus gave us to work with is a challenge. I've seen people retrofitting aftermarket units into the factory housings, but I would assume aiming them properly would be a struggle, and you'd still need to polish the lenses on your current housings so the light could get through. I've seen people install 1 or 2 of the square foglights into the bumper, but it doesn't look finished and clean to me. Function over form for sure.

I don't want to mess with trying to modify the bumper cover for an aftermarket alternative. Was more interested in the best Chinese knock off assembly that won't give me headaches and still look the part. This is more or less my son's car now, so want to keep it in good shape while he's still under my roof, that and i drive it to work sometimes.
