Default Please help identifying some leaks..

Hi guys, I'm been looking to purchase my first GX. If anyone would tell me what might leaking for this trunk and how much to fix so I can negotiate with the seller better. Thanks!

Slow engine leak, and possibly a bad CV axle boot. With any used vehicle it's good to factor in at least $1000 for maintenance/repair.

The only concerning one is the seepage between the transfer case and the engine. See if it's coming from above (valve covers?)

If it is the rear main seal, that's $1700 ($1600 in labor for a $100 part)
