i'm missing the diecier fuse what does this do?

arm rest fuse
when i try to plug in my cell phone charger in the outlet in the arm rest there is no power do you guys know which fuse i need to change?

^ so was this on the passenger side by chance. I guess I should just back the car up and look. I am too close to the wall and the other car is in the garage. Please let me know. I need the R6 (as its labeled fuse box. Unless there is 2 under the driver side that I missed?

^ thanks thats what I figured. Well it should be close to done today then. Just have to go find some fuses today as what I have at the house are much larger.
