My GS400 Passenger Exterior Door Handle has dislodged, appears the holding screws / brackets have rusted out, and a recent pull on the handle has caused it to come out completely, parting itself from the actual door lock as well.

How does one go about even repairing this? Can I find a new / used handle somewhere? My GS is Spectra Blue.

I need help asap, before water starts seeping in, and to prevent possible theft.

oh crap! That sucks man. I cant tell what that rusted tab is thats attached to the remaining bolt... Is the end of that supposed to be attached to the metal frame of the door?

Try to locate another door handle asap, junkyard / online.

I don't really know. I think once you get a used handle, it will become evident where it all goes. Try R&J Distributors on the club lexus vendors. They should have it.

 

got a new handle from Sewell, in my color, unfortunately didn't see it get installed
