Default Yes, it also reads eMails

I discovered a VERY interesting feature on my 4GS ..

With my BlackBerry connected, I am alerted to any incoming messages -AND- ...

Wait for it ..

It will read my eMail (text to speach).

Very cool ..

I think Mike @ Vossen got the first one (even if it was before the "official" launch) .. My 4GS was delivered on Tuesday 7-FEB ..

Sure .. I will get some pics up .. I haven't taken but 1 or 2 .. YET :-)
(Dealer was nice enough to snap some pics as she was coming off the delivery truck !)

Yes a great feature that i am sure everyone would love to have however do we really need yet another distraction while driving ??? Granted i'm sure all this can also be done via bluetooth or voice activation nevertheless i still believe on being fully focused when begind the wheel but thats just my humble opinion

well, ever since they put a radio in the car and allow you to listen to radio and adjust volume, it's been a distraction

Correct thus 99.8% of the population has this !! I actually dont even turn the radio on thus why i've always saved a lot of $$$ from avoiding the Mark Levinson option

You can also have the car reply to vmail... with short pre-scripted messages you can edit/select from. The only bad news... I phones do not support this technology... only Driods and Blackberry's... evidently there is a tech feature They those choose not to allow access too.
