Default Flat tire. Does this make sense?

So I had my AS3+ tires swapped out for my OEM summer tires the other day. Install and balance. The car sat in my garage for 3 days, I fired up the car and lo and behold, rear passenger tire is at 6 PSI.

So I inflated it to 35, and after sitting another 3 days, the pressure is holding.

Does this make sense? I was planning on towing it, but now I'm thinking I can drive it to have the installer look at it.

seems like it didnt seal right. Sometimes they have to put the white stuff around and re seal them or leak near valve , or you have a nail in the tire - take it back and have them checked and dont settle for everything looks right.
