So I switched tires side to side, car still pulled to the right.
Got alignment done by a Toyota master tech and as soon as we untightened the LCA lower bolt, there was some sound/movement indicating stress release at normal ride height. After all bushing were 'reset', here are the alignment numbers before/after:
The caster was in-spec. Maybe the prior machine was off, or maybe resetting the bushings had something to do with the caster now being in-spec (7.7-7.8 vs 5.0-5.2).
LHS was toe'd in and the RHS was toe'd out like you suspected.
The toe/camber/caster are all reasonable now but the car still pulls right! Not sure where to go from here.
If it were mine, I'd raise it a little. Over -2.5 and you start to get genuine camber wear, and other issues related to it like tracking in a straight line and braking effectively. Yes, race cars run way more camber, but they're not on street tires and the drivers already know the car won't be easy to drive.
