Default Potential GSF buyer

Hello all,
I have been GS350 AWD owner for sometime now, and we maybe looking to get a 2017 Caviar GSF, hoping to get some input on a couple of questions :
1. Wondering about the Alcantara (faux suede) and how well that material is holding up to everyday use ? Anyone having issues with it ? Discoloration? Stains ?
2. Average lifespan observed for brake pads, for those of you driving the car a daily driver ? I know there is going to be some playing but I will not tracking.
3. Any complaints after the High pressure fuel pump TSB was applied ?

Thank you for you time and input

1. Mine has worn fine, but it's usually just me in the car. They make special cleaners and brushes for keeping it in good shape.
2. Brake pad life is going to vary a ton based on your driving style, trip type (stop and go vs highway), among other things. I've heard of people getting 15k miles, and 30k miles out of the fronts. When I checked mine at around 15k, my fronts still had about 6.5mm remaining and I believe they started at around 9.5mm.
3. There is a TSB for low pressure fuel pump, and a recall for the high pressure fuel pumps. I had the TSB done with no issues, but am still awaiting the recall to be done (last time I scheduled it, parts were not in yet). There are post about people getting it done here as well as on the RCF forum.
