Will modded GSF pass emissions?
Hi, there is a car for sale on Marketplace that has headers, exhaust, tune. I live in metro Atlanta where we have annual emissions testing - does anyone know if these mods would cause it to fail?
Thanks in advance.

See if it has aftermarket cats in the midpipe. Is the smog test a visual test, Dyno, or do they just plug into the OBD port and look for a code?

if you are talking about the 16 white/red one here, its a very very clean car. Has all the right mods, and does not have cats.
Usually they just plug in the computer in the OBD scanner if no codes you are ok. That how its done in my state and other near states. Not sure about GA, I doubt anyone does a SMOG test?
The car btw I have seen and its a deal with the mods it has, I know know the owner very well and is very particular about his cars.

GA smog check is OBDII only. No visual or performance testing. Performance testing is over entirely in Georgia, any car over 25 years old is exempt from testing. OBDII started in 1996, so the game is over for actual emissions testing in Georgia.
All you need to do is ensure the ECM shows ready for testing and you'll be fine. The current owner should be able to tell you if this is the case or not.
