Reading through the owner's manual, I found a couple of things and pondered which markets these come in for the GS F?

1) Triangle reflector that gets mounted in the trunk. The US trunks have the straps, but no triangle. Similar to Euro cars sold here, unless you take Euro delivery, you don't get one.
2) Spare tire that works with 19 inch rims. Labeled "Option B" for Spare tire setup.

Hoping someone on the board would be able to identify what regions have these as delivery items?
