Default Thoughts on why this GSF needed a new engine at 93k?

I saw this on cars and bids, and kept thinking why this one needed a new engine at 93k. Thought I'd ask the experts here::

That is odd; wonder if that was a typo and they forgot to add a word or two.

Prices seem to be coming down a lot from the peak. Are the LC 500s and RC Fs also seeing dramatic price drops?

Consider that a manufacturing defect might have caused something in the engine to fail. It could have been covered by the warranty or maybe showed up later as the car got older.

When I was looking for a GSF, the worst looking GSF showing no sign of engine need to be replace or soon to be replace. This is my 1st time seeing a GSF need new engine at 93k miles.

How the history looks from MyLexus?
