I had a 2016 4GS350 CPO and it had the mold smell or cat pee smell as I smelled it in some days.

The 2020 4GS 350 F sport hasn't encountered that and I do park it in the garage.

Does anyone have the same issue in 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020 again?

Sounds like a cabin filter issue.

The TSB dated 2/6/20 (L-SB-0003-20) covers only until 2019 on the GS350 however it does include some 2020 models for the RX, NX and RC. Not sure if they changed anything physically on the 2020 models to exclude it although its a possible a software update to switch to the lower vents upon startup and/or pull outside air could reduce the sensation of the initial odor. Its interesting that it only covers to 2018 on the GS450h.

Very interesting post, any info on the TSB post.

I saw another 2016 mostly on IS

I didn't hear anything on ES having this issue, is that true?

Just search for the tsb in Google and you will find the document. It seems to cover many Lexus models. I heard about this most on the Camry so I am not surprised if it was on the ES. Mine has a mild case of a vinegar smell on startup from circulated air (2016 CPO) so I have read up a lot on it.
