Might Be Buying Today, Two Questions
Going to look hard at a 2013 GS350 FSport here in about an hour. Couple questions,
Is there an advantage or disadvantage to mfg in Canada vs Japan?
I am looking at a 2013 that is mfg 12/2011. Wouldnt this be a 2012?
Thanks ahead, I am only considering 2013 models for my own personal reasons and have found out in the past
on other vehicles that say early 1999 wasnt as good as say June of 99+ Trying learn this stuff ahead of my purchase
Hahahaha

All GS models are manufactured in Japan.
Lexus did not have a GS model year 2012 in the US. They went right to the 2013 model year, so yes, it would be a 2013.
Good luck!

My 2013 GS was an early build as well that was available in 2012. If the manufacture date is 12/2011 on the one you're gonna see, that means its essentially a 2013 GS350 (which were available for purchase in 2012).
Build quality is top notch on the 4GS - only minor issues that some folks have complained about - you can search the forums for details if you ever experience any of them once you own one. Let us know how it goes!

Did not buy the F Sport. Not necessarily opposed to one, but I have to admit, I am not keen on the front bumper of an F sport. I honestly think I like the standard GS front bumper better. Dont get me wrong, if the price and the rest of the car was what I am after, I could live with it

Yeah the F sport front end is divisive, especially anything 2016+. But do yourself a favor, and drive one at least. The luxury models are great and have alot of options unavailable on the F-sport; the F-Sport is more fun to drive. Though i have to say , maintenance on a F-Sport will be higher than a base GS or a Luxury model. Hope you have success in getting the car YOU want at the price you want.
