LED front and rear turn signal options?
I did search here but the thread I found was mostly for IS and a very old GS thread. Have any of you changed the incandescent stock turn signal bulbs for much better quality and higher ight output for the LED variety? If so what are our options and recommendations? Are there special coding or wiring requirements or are there some plug and play LED bulbs out there? TIA

The fronts you want Ambers. The rears you can go with clear or amber. No quick flash. Everything is plug and play.

I used this one to change my front turn signal. This bulb allows you to use the OEM headlight caps and ensures no moisture or dust gets into the headlights. They are also much brighter.

Why the hell did Lexus cheap out on some of the bulbs on this car? A car of this price range should have all LEDs. Had to switch to LEDs for my trunk. OEM trunk light was useless, too dim! Puddle light is weak too but it's such a hassle to change out.

This has been a sentiment shared by lots of 4GS owners. Changing out some of the bulbs is certainly easier than others but it may have been a cost-cutting measure by Toyota. I've changed out almost all standard, incandescent bulbs to LEDs. The only ones I haven't changed are the turn signals and vanity bulbs.

iJDMToy makes some good stuff so don't be afraid to pull the trigger on those turn signal LEDs....actually, just realized that I went with PIAA Halogen Ion Yellow bulbs for the fogs instead of LEDs since I got a great deal on Amazon for the pair.

Anyone install or try the VLEDS brand? Can we install for both front and rear assuming you have the hyper-flasher installed?
