Composite video. On consumer products a yellow RCA connector is typically used for composite video. RCA connector, 1/8 inch minijack plug, etc. Composite video (one channel) is an analog video transmission (without audio) that carries standard definition video typically at 480i or 576i resolution.

For music you can only play MP3 and WMA files via USB. For video, nothing. You would need to use the DVD/CD player for that, but you would need to be stopped with the parking brake engaged.
Edit: So, apparently it can also play compressed AAC files. I'm not an Apple guy, so I didn't know. I found this spec sheet from another thread:
