Possible brake (rotor & pad) options for 2013 AWD F-Sport?
It is time to change out the worn stock brakes and I am trying to see if anyone using Centric, Powerstop, or Stoptech rotors and/or pads for their 2013 GS 350 F Sport AWD?

I would go with this:
Power Stop Z23 Evolution Sport

I got OEM rotors and pads for the fronts from eBay (rotors were $80 a piece and pads were $50). For my rears, i ordered Bosch rotors off amazon for $30 each and pads for $30. cant beat that!

Do you think you can provide any links? I'm still not sure if there's a difference in rotor or pad sizes between a non f or f and awd vs rwd...

Well i was looking at a powerstop autospecialty front kit for my wifes 08IS and its only $95 for 2 rotors, 2 sets of front pads and shims, might order that. But the prices for the 4GS were too much.

Been using Centric Premium Rotors with Akebono ceramic pads recently and must say I'm really impressed with them (albiet, I don't have a ton of mileage on them yet ~1500 KM).
Here's what I've noticed so far:
1. Brake performance is unchanged from stock pads and rotors, at least I wasn't able to sense/feel a difference. This combo has good bite and at no point did I feel the car couldn't stop safely vs my stock setup.
2. Brake dust has been reduced by 85% at the minimum. Don't need to remind people how bad brake dust was before switching to the Akebono ceramic pads.
3. The Centric premium rotors look great with the painted hats and vanes. Hopefully that translates to better rust protection in those areas.
I got my parts from CarID, shipping was quick as I recieved the parts 2 days after ordering.
Front rotors (13.2"): Centric Premium Rotors Parts 120.44184 & Parts 120.44185
Rear rotors (12.2"): Centric Premium Rotors Parts 120.44189
Front pads: Akebono ACT 1118
Rear Pads: Akebono ACT 1391
