Do I need a new battery?
I recently got my car back from an auto body shop, it was there for about 2 weeks, I've been driving it for about a week and now my battery has died on me. So I've been looking in the forums to why my battery has been draining and I came upon this article, I'm not sure if my vin falls into this category or not, can someone help me?

If you have blind spot monitor, or LDA options, then yes. You would also need to be within the standard warranty period (4 ys or 50k miles).

Were you headlights in Auto
If the headlights were on Auto, that could be the issue. Slow charge the battery and than test it at a trusted shop with a proper battery tester.
