I went to update my service history today for tire rotation that I did myself, and when logging into the Lexus site, it said there is no service history for this vehicle. The correct model and Vin number display, but the service history that I've viewed many times, is gone?

Anyone else experience this?

Mine is still there - assuming you're talking about the Lexus Drivers site.

I had the same issue 2 weeks ago, just checked and it shows the history again. Weird.

Checked it again today.....history is back! Must be a server issue at Lexus.

I have bought a lease return and there's no maintenance history of oil change, only once the rear rack and pinion had some problem and they replaced under warranty that's it nothing else. Being a lease can u ignore the dealer maintenance or is it missing something.

My Lexus records are very detailed, almost a copy of the service ticket. Mentions oil changes, inspected items, etc. Even lists car detailing done by Lexus.

And my vehicle was also a leased vehicle prior to me purchasing. Perhaps the owner had the oil changes done somewhere other than Lexus? If so that wouldn't show.
