Erase all Settings
This may help:
From a two year old post, "Spoke to my sales person and he said I can reset the entire nav/multi-media system back to factory default by going to Display, Setup, Setup. He said it will set the entire system including the nav back to factory default. Nav, phone pairing, contacts, etc will all be wiped out but not a big deal as I have not setup the nav. I have not had a chance to try it. Will do after work today."
