Default Interior door grab

Anybody ever replace this? It seems like the ones in my car are showing a lot of sign of wear and was wondering if Lexus would replace it under warranty?

not my pic but I am referring the to black part that you grab to close the door

I'm not sure how it'll come out exactly, if anyone has removed the door panel can chime in will be great.
