Yup! It is not cheap at all lol. When I think I have everything I have to buy more things. And the wiring is all different as well. My bumper and new foglights we are retro-fitting will be dropped off next week to begin work. And then my car for all the fitting and wiring. I'm working with a local dealership to get all the wiring diagrams etc for the headlights in the mean time. Feel free to follow progress on Instagram. Don't have too many updates as of right now but my car needs to be done by the reveal on June 12th at StanceNation Texas

If you want to include headlights into the mix, which you will need if you don't want to cut and mold the grill into the bumper, my cost for everything right now is around $6000. Not including electrical and paint.

If you did the equivalent of what I am doing with the triple-beam headlights, you will be in the $8000 range.

If you just bought the bumper, grill ,etc to mold it to your current one instead, you will be around $1800. Not including molding and paint.

These are all rough estimates

Also the parking sensors will not fit correctly without custom work either or buying a whole new set.... which is over another $1300-1500 lol

NXXT has a show car. If he trades in, he'd have to start building it all over again.

For those wanting to do the conversion, just wait a year, the prices for headlights will drop and you will be able to find a used 16' bumper on ebay for $200+. Same goes for the grille.

I get the whole showroom car deal (even thought it wouldn't be a bad idea)... but for the other Joe Shmoe's of the world I think a trade would be the cheapest but I agree on the waiting part. Give it a year and there will be all sorts of conversions available.

The thing that makes everything expensive is the headlights. Otherwise the bumper and such are not too bad. But like I said the parking sensors are another issue in themselves if you want to keep those active.

And yeah not trading my car in with 20K in mods lol. Won't be smart at all. 😬

The only problem with having the JDM tripple leds is your cut off will be on the wrong side of the road. Meaning that, you will be blinding the upcoming traffic. I have the 1Gen triple leds on my car, which I imported from Japan, and I had to adjust my left headlight beam. It got better, but I still get a few angry drivers from time to time.

For a show car it does not matter where your headlights are pointing to, but if your car is a daily, then wait for a used USDM set on ebay.

One cool thing. Confirmed for everyone looking to upgrade their 2016s headlights to Triple-Beam. The connectors are exactly the same. I've been playing around on the Toyota/Lexus TIS for the last few days comparing wiring diagrams etc.
