Any GS F Sport with Square Setup
#2
The only issues that would be caused would be for AWD if you're not maintaining the same level circumference ratio between the front and rear axles. And of course, if you change the circumference in general you will have altered speedo readings, but that's a side effect, not an issue.
Do a google search for miata tire size calculator and enter in your existing sizes and the new sizes to see what differs. Here's my current setup, a .5% size difference between front and rear on a RWD FSport. Haven't had any issues.
Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/Mile Difference
245/40-19 3.9in 13.4in 26.7in 83.9in 755 0.0%
275/35-19 3.8in 13.3in 26.6in 83.5in 759 -0.5%

i don't see where a square set up would cause issues with a GS F Sport... the wheels and tires would all be the same size. the car already has a square set up when you buy it... am i missing something? sarmyth has a staggered set up... a square set up would be 245/40/19 @ all 4 corners, or (wouldn't try it but) 275/35/19 @ all 4 corners.

My assumption was that he'd want to move up to 265/35 on all four corners which is just barely doable with custom rims. I measured this out once and had roughly 2mm between the knuckle and the tire and 2.5mm between the fender and the tire which was too close for my liking.
I deemed switching to 255 wasn't worth the effort for the minimal gain.
But I do agree this car suffers from understeer caused by the staggered setup which is what I'm assuming you're trying to correct.

didn't notice the OP is in GA, so i will assume the car is a RWD... still don't see where a square set up would be a problem... unless he wants to do something outrageous or out of the ordinary.
