GS 350 lease deal - one pay lease. Good?
Looking at a 2014 GS premium package
$54,933
TOTAL MSRP*
Base MSRP $47,685*
Packages $5,600
Accessories $723
Delivery Processing & Handling $925*
Premium Package
18" Alloy wheels
Blind Spot Monitor System [1]
Intuitive Parking Assist
One-touch power trunk
I have a '07 ES 350 black on black, luxury package, chrome wheels, 114,500 miles. Has a few cosmetic flaws. Rubbed a pillar on front fender and another over rear wheel well (paint rubbed off and dented, about 2" long. Otherwise perfect running car. Kbb lists it around $12k.
Here's offer:
Sales price $50,933
Trade in value $10,000
Tax $409.33
Lic, reg, fees $700.00
67% residual 24 months $36,805.11
15000 miles/year - one payment of $3789.86
Thoughts? Advise? Good deal?
Of course this "aggressive" deal ends this month on Thursday.
Thanks in advance!

Not a bad deal, but not an incredible deal either.

I got them down to $2500, no payments, sign and drive for 24 months/15k miles plus my car. I'm think I'm going to go for it. Have to do it tomorrow. Sales guy seems to be pressured to sell all by close of July.

One pay lease is great, but for the GS I wouldn't do it.
Reason being:
One-pay does not give you lease cash of $1750, nor 1st payment rebate.
The lease rate (money factor) for the GS currently is .00025 for up to 24mo, which is so low a one pay lease rate isnt any better.
I one-paid a lease for a Mercedes E350 two years ago, and it was a significant savings. One pay was $7,200 for 24 mo, no trade or money out of pocket. That same car paid over 24 months would have cost me $8,612. Thats where a one-pay comes into play, but with Lexus' aggressive rates currently, save the money and pay it month-to-month.
