Deal check on GS 450h lease
Is this a good deal these days:
2009 GS 450h with Navigation, Rear Spoiler, Mark Levinson Audio, and Run Flat tires (MSRP $62,261) for $699 per month plus tax. $3500 due at signing including (including tag and dealer fee). 36 month lease 10,000 miles/year.
Thanks for any input

Welcome to Clublexus. That seems to be a very good deal, especially for Lexus who usually have poor lease deals on models other than the ES, IS 250 and RX 350.
I've heard around $900-$1000 a month with 6k down before..so thats a really good deal for a new h.
Good luck

Considering $3,500 down which sounds to be mostly capital cost reduction, you are paying almost $800 a month. This is an excellent deal, probably among the very best.
I'm paying $800 a month for a 2007 GS for a lease with 12K miles a year, but my MSRP was $60,200 back in 2007. My negotiated price was a bit below invoice -- $53,000. It sounds like you got price of about invoice as well.
Do you mind sharing the name of your dealer and sales person?

This was an advertisement in the Sun Sentinel newspaper on July 11th from JM Lexus in Margate, FL. It was also posted on their website until yesterday. This week is an ES special. This advertisement was valid through 7/31/09 and it is for in stock GS hybrids. They have 4 at JM (including a black which I am looking at) and there is a total of about 10 in South Florida dealers now. I would actually lease the car from Lexus of Pembroke Pines who is matching or slightly beating the ad. They have a black/black exactly how I would like it configured and the salesman has been very nice. My decision will be made within a few days. . .
PS. There are no passionate blacks in stock in South Florida now so I don't believe that deal would be valid for the passionate black around here.

I would have went for this deal in a minute and would have another Lexus now. The problem is that the 450H is so rare here in the Northeast, I doubt even if any dealers offered a special like this, that they would have any 450H's to sell !
