My car had the front holder on also only because they dealer traded for it. I was just at the dealer today and they told me they have a guy who will fill the holes, paint it and I won't even be able to tell. The dealer Sales Manager has become something of a friend and they are doing it for me at no cost to me (although I told them I'd pay as I don't blame the dealer, but I doubt if they will charge me). I'll probably have it done in the next few weeks - I'll let you know how it turns out.
In the mean time, I had gone to Lowes and bought what is the equivalent of the plugs. You can get them and the stainless screws you'll need for maybe $3-$4, then you just need to get some touch up paint to match the car (they are black).
