2nd alignment

Is there any significance to the camber results essentially flip-flopping in 2 months? Same technician completed the alignment. Forgive me for any ignorance!

It will never be the exact same measurement because it depends on how the suspension is loaded each time. More or less gas, the angle at which the car was driven up, how hard it was stopped on the rack, etc.
