AutoGeek has bad service? Resolved
Just purchased a Flex 3401 on autogeek last week and was told part of the order would ship the next day. I called when I saw no shipment and was told missing items were in the original shipment. Opened today and find it's messed up. Since they are closed, I'll have to call again tomorrow. Is this typical of them or a more frequent issues. I've seen detailers domain, but wanted to give the wolfgang products a try as I think hardbody is a gimmick and don't wish to first venture into using 22ple.
Volume shippers are human, but at least call your customers back when they leave 2 messages in the first part of the week.

Never had an issue with them before. Not returning your call is unacceptable though. If they keep ignoring you, call the credit card company and have them do a charge back for the items you didn't receive.

Talked with Nick this morning. Seems like a nice guy, but their staff did drop the ball. I had a project all laid out this weekend and there is nothing they are able to do. Did get a couple of pads for the matter. Still don't understand entirely what happened as their customer service was great and reps very informative. However, I'll just have to stay more on top of it if they don't have something in stock next time I guess.
I'll just have to see how long Fed Ex takes this next time to ship as UPS last time was excessive. Happy it's resolved
