Question Multi-Dispay Half White, Audio Works

I ran into something today that I cannot find anywhere on the internet. I am looking for some troubleshooting guidance or anyone had experienced this, maybe the cause. First some background information. I have a 2013 GS 350 F-Sport with about 118,000 miles on it. Since I have owned it (Sep 2018, 88k miles) the GPS Location hasn't worked, and Microphone hasn't worked for Bluetooth or voice commands. I'm not sure its related but electronics problems so I wanted to provide that. I just receive my car back from the collision center to repair the front end from a deer strike. I was doing some research about the GPS and saw that some people would actually disconnect it for privacy reasons. I never thought to check if everything was connected. Now to the problem.

This morning I removed the bezel surrounding the radio and removed the 2-10mm bolts holding the radio in. I pulled the radio out to make sure all connections were plugged in. They were. I reinstalled the radio when I started the car back up, the left half of the screen was static. Everything still works, radio, HVAC, etc, but the left side was static. When I started the car, the whole screen lights up with the Lexus Logo, and when I press the menu button to takes me to menu, but if I try to select something it takes me back to my default half and half screen with left half being static. I took the radio back out and ensured all connections were inserted and I didn't inadvertently knock something out then I disconnected the battery for about a half hour to try to reset it. Hooked it back up still the same. Then I held the power button down to reset while it was running and left side turned from static to white, still with all of the same issues. I am having trouble uploading photos but will keep trying to attach to the thread.

Any ideas on what is wrong or what I can try to fix it? Thank you for the help.

Looks like the display cable might have a bad connection. It’s the blue plug on the back of the head unit goes directly to the 12.3” display. Take the plug off and inspect both sides of it.

I will take a look and see if I can see anything wrong. Thank you for the suggestion.

It does seem to be the connector into the back of the head unit. I inspected the connections at the head unit and the screen and nothing visible looked wrong, but once I got everything hooked back up, I wiggled the connection at the head unit, and it cleared up. Now I just need to find the sweet spot and get the head unit back into place without it moving. Thanks again for the suggestion.
