Last night driving long road trip cruise control went out and CEL came on at same time. Scanned at O’Reilly and got P0014 code, cam shaft position. Car is driving normally, no misfires, normal oil pressure and temperature. Only thing I can tell is cruise control won’t turn on at all. Why would this throw a P0014 cam shaft position code?

i did reseat the gas cap as I’ve heard this can trigger codes. My car is about 500 miles pst due for oil change.
