Hey All,

I was looking thru the menus and noticed I have a Gracenote update via USB available. Where to find the software to update it?

What multimedia software can I update from the Lexus Owners website?Depending on the particular Multimedia (audio) system your vehicle is equipped with, the website may provide updates for the base operating system, the Gracenote data, or a combination of these plus the Apps Suite. Once you choose the model name, model year or provide the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) of your vehicle on the website, you will be presented with the available Multimedia systems to choose from, if one is available. Upon choosing your Multimedia system, you will be presented with any specific update applicable to your vehicle.
7. Are the online updates complimentary?

Yes. Updates from the Lexus software download portal are provided at no charge to you.

 

Thanks but I tried that link earlier also. That's is what I see.

There are no multimedia updates available for this vehicle

 

Sorry I been looking for a gracenote update since I bought the car and no dice.

 

Yeah, that download site never had anything for mine either. Maybe I already have the latest stuff then.

 

I would stop by the dealer and complain about the radio crashing; they will give you the latest update on USB if you have some sort of warranty. My radio was having issues and they updated it , I could not find the file they used on the Lexus websites.
