Default Help identify this please

Hey Gang!, This thread concerns my 2015 GS350 AWD

I noticed a small square removable cover plate below the rear bumper on the black trim.


It is very much like the one on the front bumper where the towing eyelet is. A check of the owners manual revealed nothing. I did check to see if this is an eyelet cover as well, but the manual only indicates towing from the front. Anyone know of this? Thanks in advance.

It covers the hole the tow hook screws into, just like the one on the front bumper.

Thanks peasodos.

That was my suspicion, but without prying it off I couldn't be sure. I hesitated because sometimes the tabs on those covers have a tendency to break off.
