I know most Lexus owners do not service their cars, but I sure do. It cost me about $20 for 2 quarts of Red Line 75w85 lube.
I think every 60K miles is more than adequate.
Stealership probably charged 1.5 hours labor for a 20 minute job.

I heard that the first time, looks the worse. That is why I am going to change my fluid at 32K.
