My car has been in the shop for a warranty transmission replacement for the last 3 months. During this time the battery went dead and I needed to get a replacement. Picked the car up yesterday and noticed that the driver can only roll down its own window and none of the other three. But each passenger can roll down its own window. Thoughts on what the issue could be? I can't find anything in the vehicle programming that speaks to windows. But maybe I'm mistaken. I have a 2013 GS350AWD.
Isn't there an initialization procedure to do to the windows after replacing a dead battery? I've had that on other cars but can't remember if the GS needs that.

Thanks!
Obviously it's not in the shop at a Lexus dealership's service department...otherwise they would have fixed the window issue, and might have replaced the battery that failed under their watch too. .

Just in case any one else has this problem all you need to do is go to each door and roll the window all the way down and then all the way back up to initialize each window.
