Default Changing Rearview Mirror on 13 GS350

Has anyone successfully installed a different review mirror for their early gen gs 350 ? My rearview mirror has a slight vibration that drives me crazy.

I am trying to figure out what wiring I will need to do if I purchase a 2016 RX350 rearview mirror on ebay.

Is it vibrating because it's loose? I have a similar vibration issue in my 15' that the screw slowly starts loosening itself.. so i have to tighten it again when i notice it..

It's not the screw. Its the plastic inside the mirror tbh. It's a humm when I accelerate.

It's a plastic vibration. If I hold the mirror it goes away
