2014 GS350 F-Sport Grill
What's the best way to remove the chrome trim on the front Grille?
I want to remove it and then paint it matte black. I prefer to not go the plasti-dip route. Did that already and it's chipped a lot and looks terrible now.
I've attached picture to reference what I am referring to.

The best way is to remove the bumper. There are two screws behind the bottom right/left portion of the chrome trim i've circled below. When I installed an aftermarket grille, I didn't realize there were screws there and I ended up damaging the bottom portion where the screws line up.
Although, I did remember reading on a few older threads that some folks were able to get to those screws on the trim without taking off the bumper - but its challenging:

Hopefully I am able to do it without removing the bumper. Don't want to go through the hassle. Will let you know the outcome!
