Default Momentary vibration during light acceleration

Hi everyone. I have an issue that's driving me crazy. I'm getting a vibration when accelerating gently from a stop when I hit around 23 mph and the engine is at about 1400 RPM. My DC mechanic thought it was because the NY mechanic who replaced my driver-side front axle used a non-OEM part (was on that for about 2000 miles) so the DC mechanic replaced it with an OEM Lexus part but it didn't fix the issue. It only vibrates for a second then goes away. Doesn't vibrate at any other speeds and doesn't happen when I accelerate more briskly. Some more facts:

- Just changed the air filter
- Spark plugs were changed about 40K miles ago
- Had a transmission drain and fill done and the NY mechanic said he replaced the transmission filter too but only drained out 3.5 quarts
- Just had the oil and filter changed
- Just had the coolant replaced

Has anyone experienced this issue? Could really use some help.

On my parents Camry, when accelerating gently from a stop to around 40 mph, there was a vibration. I thought it was the tires since we recently got new ones but the issue was the torque converter causing the vibration. Toyota had a recall on that and got it fixed. I'm not sure if that's the issue you might be having but could be a possibility.

2013... how many miles? How certain are you that trans fluid changed was done correctly? If the transmission fluid is low, you can sometimes get those vibrations.

chinee, she's got just under 99K miles. I'm trusting the mechanic did the trans fluid change properly since I don't have any issues with shifting. My DC mechanic thinks it isn't the transmission because of that. He thinks it could be an intermittenly sticking brake caliper. I noticed last night that I no longer get the vibration moving from a stop like before and it happened after I had slowed down for an intersection then accelerated again without stopping the car.
