Parted with the GS today...
I guess you will have time to decide before the end of lease. Lexus will likely have newer models of vehicles in 2021 for 2022.
This week I will make appointments for tint and full frontal clear bra protection.
Man....every time I see Atomic Silver I stare at how amazing it looks. I just might get rid of my SMG if I could find one with red or flaxen interior. When I got my SMG, the dealer did have a Atomic Silver but it had black interior and double the miles on it. I'm just tired of having black leather interior so even if they had to same miles I probably still would not have got it.

I think Flaxen would be my top interior choice with Atomic Silver, but none were available and I still love a black interior. Red interior would not be an option for me.
I looked at a Smokey Granite Mica and totally agree - its a really beautiful color. My first choice initially when I was looking was Nebula Gray Pearl (when I was mostly looking at the '13-'15 MY). I was definitely wanting something a little different from Silver because I've always owned silver cars.
When I started looking at the 4.5GS I test drove a SGM and really loved how the color changed in certain light. For me the main issue is that I started noticing how the dark gray colored cars really lose something in the 4+ months of gray, cloudy, drizzly, winters here in the Pacific NW. If I lived elsewhere I think SGM might have made the cut.
Atomic Silver has that same color change in different light characteristic but still has a brightness to it when it's overcast. At first when the car is by itself it mostly looks like a silver car. Put it next to another silver car and that's when Atomic Silver really shines.
It also helps, I would imagine, that any silver is going to hide dirt better than something like SGM or NGP.
I have to admit - I actually thought about running up to Seattle
JDR76 There was a very slight difference in price, although you had mentioned they were identical. Did you actually find a difference between them? I bet your GS won't last more than a couple days up there - when I was looking at CPO at that dealer everything went within hours after making it through the CPO process and detailing.
