I normally drive in sport mode as it’s more responsive than normal since the electric motor gets the full voltage.

 

Good to hear as this was the whole reason I bought it. I drive about 25k a year and my Audi was over 140k so it was likely about to get expensive. My wife’s first ES drove like a top when we traded it in and it had 230k. Hoping this one runs to 200+ too.

 

I was doing around 25K a year also before Covid-19. I'm finding most of my miles are freeway though.

 

I remember riding around in winter mode for MONTHS and I always thought to myself "wonder why they designed the blades to sit like that =/" then I found out about winter mode haha.

 

I have no idea what winter mode is....

 

The way the wiper blades are positioned in the image you posted, you can manually adjust them so they tuck in and lay hidden. The position that they are in currently is called winter mode/service position because it allows you to easily raise the blade to clear snow build up or replace wiper blades. Congrats on the find car is definitely stunning.

Congrats! I, too, have been looking for this car--or a 2017-18--for quite a while without any luck. You got my car! Enjoy it!

There are a couple for sale nationally (Phoenix is the closest) that have bounced around--like unwanted foster children--from auction to auction, dealership to dealership. That's not what I want. I'd love to find a CPO at a dealership that was a lease-return with low mileage! That's my unicorn.

By the way, I've read some of the comments from others and have to laugh at the guys who buy a GS hybrid and are driving around in ECO mode. Why get a GS if you're going to do that! Put it in sport mode and enjoy what you've got! That's what I say!

Yeah this was a low mileage lease return so got super lucky. Not a scratch on it, like new condition. It’s not a CPO as I got it from Carmax but it was only $31k with 30k miles. Felt like that was a steal and am super happy with it so far.
