I think this Render was a bit more successful in the design - I happened upon it a while back when I was looking at other sport wagons. I think the way they kept the curves/details of the chrome from the sedan at the D pillar looks a lot better than the other render above.

Done right I would say I'd love a Sport Wagon. The space in the back without being tall like an SUV is attractive to me, but I know it likely wouldn't sell well in NA. I saw one of the new Volvo Sport Wagons and it looked really nice and fun - although I just can imagine it's that great with a 4cyl.

Your picture brought back nostalgic memories.

I loved riding in the back of the old station wagons - especially if they had the rear facing seat!

So first glance I thought it was the Caprice but it looks like it might actually be the Roadmaster? And maybe even the Estate trim?

I always thought the Roadmaster was the best looking of the three siblings although probably not as rare as the Custom Cruiser.

Wife only drives Audi Avants or Allroads. When they came in 6speed manual, thats what we got. If not auto.
Love the current 2018 we have. SUVs are clumsy and bloated. We are empty nesters. When the kids were still with us I drove a 2004 2.7 Biturbo with manual and it was super fun and great in the snow. Adjustable ride height.
I’d for sure have a Lexus wagon!! I dont’ need to tow anything and we don’t go off road.
Our current Allroad is a great CAR!
